WILDCATS DROP GAME AT PETERSBURG 30-6

PETERSBURG – The Tucker Valley Middle School Football team traveled to Petersburg last Wednesday October 11th. Tucker Valley fell in the contest by the final score of 30-6.

The home standing Vikings got the early lead as they scored two times in the first quarter to make the score 12-0 Petersburg after one quarter of play. In the second quarter the offense of Petersburg would strike again to push the Vikings lead to 18-0 at the halftime intermission.

In the third quarter Tucker Valley continued to struggle on offense as Petersburg score two times in the third quarter to give the Vikings a commanding 30-0 at the end of the third quarter. Tucker Valley got in the scoring column in the fourth quarter as the offense got into the end zone to make the final score 30-6 Petersburg.

Tucker Valley(1-6) will host Tygarts Valley in the last game of the season tonight Wednesday October 18th at 7pm. For more Tucker County Sports info visit TuckerCountySports.Com
