The City of Parsons Police Department have received their new service vests, according to Police Chief Kevin Keplinger. The new vests have already been issued to city officers and are in use by the city’s police force. The new vests are pictures here worn by Chief Keplinger, left, and officer Rosier, right, at the November 19th City of Parsons Council Meeting.
