Tucker County Track Teams Turn in Strong Showing at Craig Keller Invitational

The Tucker County High School track and field teams delivered a competitive performance at the Craig Keller Invitational, highlighted by a first-place finish in the boys’ 4×800-meter relay and multiple podium finishes across both divisions.

On the girls’ side, the relay teams set the tone early. The quartet of Lela Wright, Addi Moats, Livey Mayne, and Mayah Gross secured a fourth-place finish in the 4×200-meter relay. In the 4×100-meter relay, Wright and Moats teamed up with Rachel Hile and Gross to earn another fourth-place finish, showing consistency and strong baton exchanges.

Individually, Tucker County saw several solid efforts. Livey Mayne placed sixth in the long jump, while Juniper Judy battled through the distance field to take sixth in the 3200-meter run. Addi Moats added a seventh-place finish in the 800-meter run.

Lela Wright led the girls’ individual performances with a standout third-place finish in the 100-meter dash. She also contributed a sixth-place finish in the 200-meter dash, capping an impressive day on the track.

The boys’ team was led by a dominant performance in the 4×800-meter relay, where Cameron Judy, Landon Wilfong, Alex Collar, and Lynk Suesli combined for a first-place finish, showcasing endurance and teamwork.

In field events, Luke Barb earned third place in the high jump and added an eighth-place finish in the long jump. On the track, Alex Collar placed sixth in the 300-meter hurdles.

Distance standout Lynk Suesli turned in a strong double performance, finishing fourth in the 3200-meter run and fifth in the 1600-meter run. Nate Ricottilli also reached the podium with a third-place finish in the 400-meter dash and placed eighth in the 200-meter dash.

Additional contributions came from Keelyn Eichelberger, who placed seventh in the 400-meter dash, and Landon Wilfong, who secured seventh in the 800-meter run. Reid Kisamore rounded out the scoring efforts with a fifth-place finish in the 100-meter dash.
