GOLDENAIRES CHOIR TO SET STAGE FOR HOLIDAY
We invite you to join us at the Parsons Senior Center on Thursday, June 30, as the Goldenaires Choir will be entertaining us. The choir will be providing a program of patriotic music and readings that will get us in the upcoming Independence Day spirit. Plan to come early and enjoy the entire program as the singing begins at 10:30 am.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
The Tucker County Senior Centers will be closed on Monday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. The centers will be open on the regular schedule on Tuesday, July 5.
NO PARSONS OUTPOST IN JULY
Due to busy holiday schedule etc. the July Parsons Outpost will not be held. We will host a prize bingo event on that day.
FIREWORKS VIEWING AT MT. TOP CENTER
We will try to once again hold the fireworks viewing event at the Mt. Top Center scheduled for Saturday, July 2. Due to pending circumstances the event will be held contingent on volunteer help before, during, and after the fireworks to plan, hold, and cleanup after the event.
We will not be able to reserve parking spaces for individual vehicles, and parking availability will be on a first come basis. We will keep you posted of event progress at the daily senior center lunch events.
