Stroke Symptoms and Causes
The Parsons Senior Center is pleased to welcome Tucker County High School student, Gracie Nestor, who will be giving a presentation on Thursday, March 31 about the symptoms and causes of stroke. A local nurse will assist her, and the presentation will focus on reasons for stroke such as high blood pressure, etc,
Plan to join us, as the Goldenaires Choir will be singing from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. followed by the presentation and lunch.
Parsons Senior Center April Outpost
The Parsons Senior Center will host their April covered dish event on Tuesday, April 4 at 10:30 a.m. We invite you to come early and enjoy the entire program as our special entertainment will be the Sonbeams singing group.
Plan to bring your covered dish to share with your friends to make the event extra special and perhaps invite a friend to join us.
Alaska and Samson/Lancaster Trips
Plans are going well for the August trip to Alaska. We will be collecting payment number six on Thursday, April 7 from 9:30 – 11 a.m. at the Parsons Center.
The same day, we will be collecting the third payment on the July 11 – 13 trip to Lancaster.

June 23 Pirate Baseball Trip
The Travel Committee will be collecting the final payment for the June 23 Pittsburgh Pirate Baseball trip on Friday, April 8 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. If this is not convenient, give us a call and other arrangements will be made.
November 14 – 18 Trip to Pigeon Forge/Dollywood
We are in the process of calling people on the list for the Nov. 14 – 18 pre Christmas trip to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood to confirm those wanting to go. We are calling in the order that the name were placed on the list.
