The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

  • Matthew J. Shannon, Altoona, Pa., was cited for no seatbelt by Deputy C.R.Donelson. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
    Benjamin M. Kerns, Crawford, was cited for no seatbelt and expired MVI by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty to first charge and was assessed fines of $25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Britni Mikkel Ball, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Christopher W. Bates, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt and no operators carried by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • James D. Hamrick, Canton, Ohio, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Ervin R. White, Parsons was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Peter T. Gordon, Arlington, Va., was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Mark Currence, Timberville, Va., was cited for speeding (60-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Michael R. Mayo, Elkins, was cited for speeding (60-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Ashley K. Allomong, Davis, was cited for 2 counts of no seatbelt by Cpl. M.S. Wetzel. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $50.
  • Autumn D. Moore, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Curtis B. Wilfong, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Devon M. Linton, Rowlesburg, was cited for speeding and expired MVI by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Devon M. Linton, Rowlesburg, was cited for improper registration and no insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Christy M. Currence, Elkins, was cited for driving suspended/revoked by Chief W.D. Rowe. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

  • State of West Virginia verses David John Scott: This case received judgment of no contest Plea Agreement for one count disorderly conduct that occurred on Jan. 30. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $185.25. He also received judgment of dismissed-Plea Agreement for one count intoxication or drinking in public places which occurred on Jan 30. This case was ordered and adjudged on March 24 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • State of West Virginia verses Christopher Blaine McVicker: This case received judgment of no contest plea for one count operation without certificate inspection or failure to produce certificate on Jan. 25. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The case was ordered and adjudged on March 24 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • State of West Virginia verses Mutavu Kengeye Kidomo, Mobile, AL, received judgment of no contest per plea agreement for one count unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle on Jan. 5. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. He also received judgment of dismissed–proof of insurance for one count no vehicle insurance on Jan. 5. This case was ordered and adjudged on Jan 13 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • State of West Virginia verses Jason C. Judy, Ashburn, Va., received judgment of no contest per plea agreement for one count driving under influence with an alcohol concentration in blood less than .15 which occurred on Feb. 10. He was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $240.24. He received a jail term of one day with credit for time served. He also received judgment of dismissed-plea agreement for one count driving on right side of roadway exceptions for the same date as above. This case was ordered and adjudged on March 22 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • State of West Virginia verses Jeremy David Cussins, Parsons: received judgment of guilty plea for one count speed limitations on Feb. 3. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. He also received judgment of guilty verdict for one count driving while license suspended or revoked on same date. He was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25. This case was ordered and adjudged on March 17 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • State of West Virginia verses David Allen Cooper, Hambleton, received judgment of guilty verdict for one count stopping before emerging from alley or private driveway on Jan. 7. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. This case was ordered and adjudged on March 17 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • State of West Virginia verses Jeremy D. Cussins, Parsons, received judgment of not guilty verdict for one count certificate of insurance. This case was ordered and adjudged on March 17 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • State of West Virginia verses Tony Lee Riggleman, Cumberland, Md., received judgment of guilty verdict for one count stopping, standing or parking outside of business or residence districts which occurred on Feb. 15. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. He also received judgment of guilty verdict for one count increase length limitations upon highway. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. This case was ordered and adjudged on March 22 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
