MOUNTAIN TOP CENTER JUNE OUTPOST
The Mountain Top Center June Outpost and covered dish program is scheduled for Tuesday, June 21. The festivities will begin at 1 0:30am and we invite you to come early and enjoy the entire program. Please bring your covered dish to share with your friends and make the event extra special.
TRIBUTES TO FATHERS
This month it is time to show recognition to our loving fathers. The Parsons Center event will be held in conjunction with the Goldenaires weekly program on Thursday, June 16. The singing begins at 10:30am so plan to come early and enjoy the entire program.
The Tribute to Fathers at the Mountain Top Center will be held in conjunction with the June Outpost on June 21.
SAINT GEORGE OUTPOST
The Saint George Outpost of the Tucker County Senior Citizens will host their June meeting on Thursday, June 16 at the Saint George United Methodist Church. The festivities begin at 6:00 pm.
FLANAGAN HILL MONTHLY COVERED DISH DINNER
The Flanagan Hill Outpost monthly covered dish event is scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of June. This month the fourth Wednesday falls on June 22. Please mark your calendar and plan to bring your covered dish and enjoy the fellowship with your friends at Flanagan Hill. The meal is served at noon.
PAPER PRODUCTS BINGO EVENTS
The volunteer hosting our paper products events is scheduled to be at the Mountain Top Center on Thursday, June 16 and the event will be held immediately following lunch.
The event at the Parsons Senior Center is scheduled for the following day Friday, June 17 and it too will be held following lunch.
ARE YOU PREPARED IF DISASTER STRIKES?
If a disaster strikes and you are forced to immediately leave your home are you prepared to do so?
The Tucker County Health Department will be presenting a short discussion on the list of things that you will need if disaster strikes, and present participants with a bag to in which to keep items necessary for immediate evacuation.
The presentation at the Parsons Center will be held on Thursday, June 23 about ten minutes prior to serving lunch and following the Goldenaires weekly singing. The Mountain Top presentation is scheduled in conjunction with the Mt. Top Outpost on Tuesday, June 21.
