- Edward Tsibulevskiy, Arlington, Va. was cited for speeding (29-25) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Kyra B. Fenstermacher, Parsons, was cited for speeding (35-25) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $475 and court cost of $165.25
- Travis S. Scott, Hambleton, was cited for expired MVI and no proof of insurance. The charges were dismissed with proof shown.

The following case has been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Brian Dale Sipe, Belington, received judgment of Probable Cause Found for one count persons prohibited possessing firearms. A $10 fee was assessed and the case has been bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court.
