The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate’s Office:
•    Andrea Laine Thompson of Annandale, Va. was cited for Speeding (49-45) By Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  She pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $164.25.
•     Randy Jess Willson of Winston Salem, N.C. was cited for Illegal possession of fireworks by T.W. Mouse.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.
•      John Travis Palmer of Parsons was cited for Expired registration and No proof of insurance by Deputy C.A. Teter.  He was assessed fines of $4.25 and court cost of $165.25.  Proof was shown for insurance and charge was dismissed.
•     Brian Colby Heckler of Hambleton was cited for Speeding (67-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80.
•   Jonathan Keith Ford of Masontown was cited for Speeding (59-55) by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
•      Dorothy A. McDermott of Romney was cited for No proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  Proof was shown and charge was dismissed.
•     Zachery Lee Woodyard of Parsons was cited for Littering by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $150 and court cost of $165.80.
•     Sonya Marie Champ of Petersburg was cited for Speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  She pled Guilty and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80.

The following are Assigned Cases in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
•    Donald Ray Watson was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.  He posted a PR bond of $2,000 and case was assigned to Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
•      Leonard James Wilson was charged with Operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate.  He pled Not guilty and case was heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
•     Meagan Shea Wallace was charged with obscene, anonymous, harassing and threatening communication by computer.  Initial appearance was August 26 and a court hearing is scheduled for October 29.

The following cases have been adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
•    John S. Frett of Hambleton received judgment of No contest per Plea Agreement for one count disorderly conduct.  Violation date June 24.  He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.  Magistrate Carol Irons heard the case on August 27.
•     Eric Scott Pennington of Hambleton received judgment of Dismissed by a Motion by The State of West Virginia and Granted by Magistrate Irons for one count petit larceny. Violation date was February 28.  Dismissed tampering, destruction of property, larceny, procuring utilities with prejudice.  Case was heard by Magistrate Carol Irons.
