The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Office:
Matthew Tyler Mauzy of Davis was cited for Speeding (29-25) by Deputy C.R. Donelson.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
David H. Fricke of Springfield, Va. was cited for Speeding (64-45) by Cpl. M.S. Wetzel.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Perry Stephen Wright, II of Petersburg was cited for Speeding (64-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80.
Karl W. Waite of Davis was cited for Expired/No MVI and No proof of insurance by Deputy C.A. Teter.  He pled No Contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.  Proof of insurance was shown and citation was dismissed.
Shaun Michael Williams of Buckhannon was cited for Speeding (59-45) and Expired temporary tag by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80.  Temporary tag citation was dismissed by the State.
Gary H. Ransil of Canonsburg, Pa. was cited for No seatbelt by Cpl. M.A. Roy.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $25.
Daniel Anthony Baldivia of Aquilla, Texas was cited for Speeding (54-45) by Deputy C.R. Donelson.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Donna D. Johnston of Parsons was cited for Failure to yield right of way by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  She pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80.
Anthony Robert Nucilli of Dry Fork was cited for Cell phone use by Sgt C.D. Siler.  He pled Guilty and was assessed fines of $100.

The following cases have been assigned in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Magistrate Riley Barb will hear the case against Aaron Friend involving reckless driving which occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 1.  A court hearing will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 10:30 a.m.

Magistrate Carol Irons will hear the case against Kristie Owens involving a DUI which occurred on Monday, Sept. 9.  She posted a PR bond of $500 and had an initial court appearance on Monday, Oct. 7.  A court hearing will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 10 a.m.

Magistrate Riley Barb will hear the case against Terry Michaels involving a DUI and Interference with officers (WVSP)-false information.  The incident occurred on Sunday, Oct. 6.  A PR bond of $1,500 was posted and a court trial will be held on Tuesday, Dec.10 at 10:30 a.m.

The following cases have been filed in the Tucker County Circuit Clerk’s Office:

Virgil Wills Pled guilty to five counts Animal Cruelty and had 28 counts dismissed by the State of West Virginia.  He must make restitution for the veterinarian bills. He was released from the regional jail with time served on Thursday, Oct. 3.
Justin Leidy was not present in court for a Probation Violation Hearing.  The hearing was continued and a motion on bond was made by Defendant Council, Frank P. Bush.  The bond was granted in amount of  $750 cash only the bond, if made, was to be applied to any arrears in electronic monitoring fees to Randolph County Sheriff’s office.  A hearing will be held on Monday, Nov. 4 at 9:30 a.m.  Judge Lynn Nelson presided over the hearing.

Nora Thaxton and Lorie Asbury, Dry Fork, Unit C2 Week 49 Land of Canaan Vacation Resort to Land of Canaan Home Owners Association, Inc., $425.
Glenn Campbell, II, Dry Fork, Unit E2 Week 48 Land of Canaan Vacation Resort to Land of Canaan Home Owners Association, Inc., less than $100.
Richard D. Darnell and Brenda S. Darnell, Dry Fork, Unit B5 Week 23 Land of Canaan Vacation Resort to Land of Canaan Home Owners Association, Inc., $425.
Margery E. Enstminger, Dry Fork, Unit D2 Week 3 Land of Canaan Vacation Resort to Land of Canaan Home Owners Association, Inc., $425.
Beverly Klus, Clover, 20.07 acres to Thomas Klus, $0.
Land of Canaan Home Owners Association, Inc., Dry Fork, Unit E6 Week 10 Land of Canaan Vacation Resort to Wayne Booth and Roseann Booth, $325.
Frank F. Potts, Jr. and Deborah M. Potts, Dry Fork, Unit #110 Bldg 3 Deerfield Village to Robert Reger and Betsy Reger, $142,000.
William N. Streets, Black Fork, 4.42 acres to William N. Streets and Cindy L. Streets, $0.
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development/HUD, St. George, (1) lot #1, (2) 1600 sq. ft. to James A. Lewis, $72,800.
