Winning Ornament to Hang on Tree in Governor’s Mansion

The Tucker County Commission has been asked to provide a Christmas ornament for a “County Christmas Tree” at the Governor’s mansion.  The commissioners are asking for community involvement in this endeavor, since it will be representative of our county.

This ornament is to be anything that is symbolic of Tucker County and must include the county name.
If any Tucker County residents, artists or crafters are interested, please submit your ornament to the commission office before October 21. Include your name and contact information.
Ornaments that don’t make it to the Governors Mansion will be on display at the Tucker County Courthouse.
The commissioners look forward to viewing your designs.
