Devin Teter has been named 4 Her for the month of March. He is a sixth year 4-Her and is a member of the Flanagan Hill Pathfinders club.
Teter regularly attends monthly club meetings, completes all project books, attends 4-H camp and helps in the 4-H food booth. He actively participates in community service, and takes his job seriously as the president of his 4-H club.
Each club leader nominates a deserving member to represent their club during the monthly leaders association meeting. All leaders vote and select the 4-Her of the month.
