Dr. Jonathan E. Stanley named Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America

Bridgeport, WV— Jonathan E. Stanley, DO, an infectious disease specialist at UHC Infectious Diseases, has been honored as a Fellow by the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA). Fellowship in IDSA is a prestigious recognition conferred upon professionals who have achieved excellence in the field of infectious diseases and demonstrated a high level of commitment to the profession.

Dr. Stanley was selected for this honor based on his significant contributions to the field and his dedication to improving patient care and public health. As a Fellow, Dr. Stanley is recognized as a leader among his peers and will hold the distinction of FIDSA (Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America).

“I am deeply honored to be named a Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America,” said Jonathan E. Stanley, DO, FIDSA. “This recognition reflects not only my commitment to the field of infectious diseases, but also the hard work and collaboration of my colleagues and team. I look forward to continuing to work alongside the esteemed leadership of IDSA to address the evolving challenges in infectious diseases and to shape the future of our specialty.”

With more than 13,000 members, IDSA is the nation’s largest professional society of infectious diseases specialists. The 2026 class of Fellows will be officially recognized during an induction ceremony at IDWeek in Washington, D.C.
