Heavy rains over the weekend left Tucker County with high water. Areas such as the Shavers Fork in Parsons saw a rise in water and many on Pheasant Run were in for a wet surprise Sunday morning.
Heavy rains continued through the night Sunday into Monday, adding to the water issues. Governor Morrisey extended the State of Emergency for Tucker County through Sept. 19 prior to this weekend’s storms.
