September 21st — 25th has been proclaimed Retired School Employees Week in Tucker County. Deborah Chapman, along with many other members of the Tucker County Association of Retired School Employees and Tucker County Board of Education Member Cathy Hebb were on hand for the signing of the proclamation September 23rd. Chapman spoke about all the good the members do in Tucker County and the surrounding communities with their volunteer efforts. Many members put in more than 20 hours a week volunteering, Chapman said. “We do not stop,” Chapman said.
