2018 Tucker County High School  Baccalaureate Service

Students, families, and faculty gathered Thursday evening, May 24, 2018,  for the annual pre-graduate Baccalaureate Service for graduating seniors of Tucker County High School.  This was the ninth year the service was sponsored by the Tucker County High (FCA) Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  Advisors for the FCA are:  Coach Shane Eakle, and teachers  Robyn Nestor, and Josh Evans.
Welcoming everyone to the evenings service was Carleigh Bolyard.  Sydney Moore lead  the Pledge of Allegiance .  Ryan Moore was in charge of the invocation and using his beautiful, sang for the audience.   Luke Poling explained the mission and purpose of FCA.  Natalie Evans introduced the evening’s guest speaker,  Mr. Jeff Noechel.

Noechel, is a known linebacker for the WVU Mountaineers and help lead the team to the 2006 Sugar Bowl Championship.  His message to the graduating students was one of perseverance.  ‘To work hard and keep pushing forward.’
