The Tucker Valley Girls’ Basketball JV and Varsity teams traveled to Tygarts Valley on Monday January 4th. The Lady Wildcats JV team fell in the contest 26-18. London Hood led Tucker Valley with 7 points. The Varsity team picked up the win in the second game 38-30. Terra Kuhn and Katie Surguy led Tucker Valley with 11 points each. London Hood added 9 points for the Lady Wildcats.
The Lady Wildcats then traveled to Kasson for a Varsity only contest on Tuesday January 5th. Tucker Valley got the road win in Kasson 39-21. Terra Kuhn and Macy Nestor led Tucker Valley with 8 points each. Katie Surguy added 6 points for the Lady Wildcats in the win. Tucker Valley will be back in action on January 19th at home against Elkins.
