The Town of Davis has announced the following:
Attention Residents & Visitors: Road Work on William Avenue
Beginning next week, the Department of Highways will begin road work on William Avenue, starting at the Town Garage and continuing toward the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
During construction:
• Traffic will be reduced to one lane and controlled by temporary stop lights.
• Parking along William Avenue will be extremely limited or unavailable.
• Alternative parking will be available in the parking lot near Riverfront Park and through parallel parking on nearby side streets.
The project is expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks, weather permitting.
Please note that this project is being completed by the Department of Highways. The Town is not managing the project and is not responsible for the construction or any related delays. We are simply sharing the information that has been provided to us.
