Carole A. Phillips, formerly of Thomas, WV, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at her residence in West Bloomfield, Michigan on September 23, 2024. She was 78 years old. Carole will be reunited with Elmer at Mount Cavalry Cemetery in Thomas, West Virginia on November, 24. Carole is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Elsie Lyons, her brother, Robert Lyons, her dearest husband, Elmer Phillips, and her granddaughter, Lauren Shanahan. She leaves behind three loving sons, Tom (Sam), Colin (LeAn), and Jeff Shanahan. Carole is also survived by her grandchildren, Brooke and Camden Shanahan.
