 Helen Eye Brown, Heaven received a beautiful angel today, February 16, 2016. Helen Eye Brown , 83, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Helen was preceded in death by her Dad, Morris Eye, Mother, Texie Eye, brother Paul Cooper, and sister Faye Benden. Helen is survived by her loving husband, Gene Brown, four daughters, Pat White, Donna Moore (Ben), Pam George (Thurman), and Becky St.Amour (Roy); three step- children, Juanita Davis (Mark), Timmy Brown, and Chris Brown; five grandchildren, loving granddaughter, Julie (Mike), Donnie, Benji, Steven, and Timothy; four great grandchildren, April, Kenny, Tucker, and Braxton; three great –great- grandchildren, Neal, Cameron, and Adora; one sister, Ruth Bonivich (Paul); five brothers, Bob, John, Joe, Herold and Frank. Helen worked at Rueben and Harris for 40 years and at the United States Post Office. Helen loved working with Gene in Belroi Upholstery Shop. She was a woman of many talents and loved quilting, sewing and made amazing things. Helen was born and raised in Red Creek, WV. Go rest high on that mountain. A memorial service was held Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Andrews Funeral Home in Gloucester, Va. Memorial donations may be made to Riverside Walter Reed Hospice, 7358 Main Street, Gloucester, VA 23061. A special thank you to Kat, Vicky, Gina Rowe, Betsy Taylor and Teresa Hogg.
