Yvonne Rinehart, 83, of Parsons, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City. Yvonne was born November 12, 1933 to the late Cloyd and Grace Spessert in West Virginia. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years Cloyd Rinehart in 2012, and her brother Daren Lane Spessert. She is survived by her children, Neil (Marcella) Rinehart, Lois Rinehart, Ivan Rinehart, Dianna (Symons) Tompkins; grandchildren, Charles (Annie) Rinehart and Benjamin Tompkins; sisters, Winona (Wayne) Rinehart, Eloise (Leon) Kissinger; brothers, Douglas (Sheila) Spessert, Warren (Carolyn) Spessert; sister-in-law, Genevieve Spessert; and many nieces and nephews. Yvonne was a loving wife and a devoted mother. She was a faithful member of the Hambleton United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held in the spring at the Stemple Ridge United Methodist Church, in Preston County.
