Zachary Edward Lambert, 19, of Morgantown, West Virginia died Tuesday, May 26, 2020 due to injuries from a vehicle accident. He was born February 8, 2001 in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Christopher Shawn Lambert and Janet Lynn (Shoemaker) Lambert, one sister, Madison Leigh Lambert, all of Morgantown, West Virginia, paternal grandparents, Bob and Sandy Lambert of Red Creek, West Virginia, maternal grandparents, Denny and Diane Shoemaker of Thomas, West Virginia, along with a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Zach graduated University High School in 2019. He currently worked at Kroger’s but was about to start a new job in the career path he always dreamed of, being a mechanic. He planned on attending UNOH, a high-performance auto mechanics school in Ohio. He loved taking trips with his father and friends to car shows and car meets. He enjoyed driving and took great pride in working on vehicles. He was always very stylish in his choice of clothing. His happy place was at the Waffle House. He had a special place in his heart for his cat, Ricky Bobby. Zach loved spending time with his family and friends, he was well known and loved by so many; he will be greatly missed. He will be in the skies of Heaven teaching Angels how to drift.

Friends were received, Saturday, May 30, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home, 567 Thomas Ave. Davis, WV 26260. Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. with Rev. Neal Parsons officiating. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. We encourage our communities to share their memories and condolences with the family at www.hinklefennerfuneralhome.com
