Do you ever look in the mirror and not see yourself? I have a bad habit of doing that. For instance, if I am doing my hair that is all I see. I could have a bone sticking out my nose and I would not see it. Momma Said, “You can’t see the forest for the trees.” Well, I am trying to break myself of this habit and quite frankly, I don’t like what I see.
So, I think from now on, I am going to inspect myself at least once a day in the mirror. I sometimes feel invisible and I guess I have talked myself into believing just that. Today, it seems as if everyone is so busy with life that they forget to live. Momma Said, “Live one day at a time, and enjoy life.”
I am going to leave you with a few tips to improve your outlook on life and if you are allergic to any of these suggestions, please do not try them.
Botox Mask Ingredients:
· Half of a banana
· 1/4 cup of yogurt
· One teaspoon of honey
Botox Mask Directions:
1. Mash up half a banana with the back of a fork (the riper, the better!)
2. Mix in 1/4 cup of yogurt and a teaspoon of honey
3. Spread the mask on your face and leave it on for 15 minutes
4. Rinse your face off thoroughly
ANTI-AGING FACE MASK
Ingredients needed:
1 squashed avocado
3 tablespoons of raw cacao (cocoa) powder (you can find it in all well-stocked health food stores)
2 tablespoons of honey
One teaspoon of cinnamon
Method of preparation:
Mix the above mentioned ingredients. Apply the resulting mixture on your face.
Let the mask act for 25 minutes before you rinse it with warm water. In order for the mask to be effective, you need to apply it no more than twice a week.
