NORTH CENTRAL WV REGIONAL SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING FAIR ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS

The North Central West Virginia Regional Science and Engineering Fair is now accepting registrations. Students in grades six through 12 from Barbour, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, Tucker and Upshur counties are encouraged to enter. The fair will be held Feb. 24, 2018, on the Fairmont State University campus, 1201 Locust Ave., Fairmont.


The community is encouraged to support this fair by visiting the projects from 11 to 11:30 a.m. The awards ceremony will follow.

The Fairmont State University College of Science & Technology also will host the West Virginia State Science Fair on April 7, 2018.  Students in grades nine through 12 are encouraged to enter. The winner of the state fair will advance to the Intel International Science & Engineering Fair in Los Angeles.
