The DT Bears Boys Basketball Team hosted Belington Middle School on December 19th, in Thomas. The Bears fell behind early as Belington held a 11-2 lead at the end of the first quarter. Davis Thomas would hold their ground in the second quarter trailing 21-10 going into the break. The Bears would pull the game within 7 points by the end of the third quarter, the score was 25-18. Belington would push the score back out before the final horn would sound, with a final score of 38-25 in favor of Belington Middle. Davis Thomas was led on the night in scoring by Nolan Luzier with 10 points, Kevin Kerr pitched in 7 points and Elijah O’Brien had 5 points. DT will travel to Tygarts Valley on January 3, 2025, to take on the Bulldogs at 7 pm.
