THOMAS – The Davis-Thomas Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball teams hosted Union on Wednesday February 8th. In the Girls’ game Davis-Thomas got the win by the final score of 48-15. Izzy Kitzmiller led the Lady Bears with 21 points and Hailey Crossland added 13 points in the win. In the Boys’ game the Bears won 57-22. Emmet Felton led Davis-Thomas with 19 points and Cayden Arnold had 15 points for the Bears in the victory.
HAMBLETON – The Bears Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball teams played Tucker Valley at TCHS on Saturday February 11th.
In the Girls’ game Tucker Valley got the win over Davis-Thomas by the score of 30-22. Izzy Kitzmiller led Davis-Thomas with 12 points and Peyton Cross added 4 points. In the Boys’ game Davis-Thomas got the win over Tucker Valley by the final score of 34-25. Emmet Felton led the Bears with 16 points and Cayden Arnold added 8 points for Davis-Thomas in the win.
The Davis-Thomas Basketball teams will return to action on Thursday February 16th at the Union Tournament. Both teams will then return to action on Saturday February 18th at the Union Tournament. For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
