The future of Tucker County High School football continues to grow brighter as eleven middle school football players have officially signed letters of intent to continue their football careers at Tucker County High School.

The signing ceremony marked an exciting milestone for the young athletes, who will make the transition from middle school football to the next level as members of the Mountain Lions program. Beginning with the 2026 season, the eleven newcomers will proudly wear the black and gold and contribute to the continued success of Tucker County High School football.

Coaches are excited about the potential impact the group will have as they develop their skills and prepare to compete at the varsity level in the coming years.

As the 2026 season approaches, the addition of these eleven student-athletes strengthens the foundation of the Tucker County football program. Their commitment demonstrates the continued growth of football within the county and highlights the strong connection between the middle school and high school programs.
