LIONS TRACK COMPETES AT BUCKHANNON-UPSHUR, ST. MARYS

BUCKHANNON – The Tucker County Girls’ and Boys’ Track teams traveled to Buckhannon-Upshur on Tuesday April 5th for a 7 team meet.  The Tucker County Boys’ team finished in 3rd place and the Girls’ team placed 7th.  Tucker County Results:

  1. MARYS – The Mt. Lions Track teams traveled to St. Marys High School on Friday April 8th for the Annual St. Marys Invitational.  The event hosted over 17 teams Boys’ and Girls’ through the years.  Tucker County Results:

Girls’ Results: 400m: 20th-Nevaeh Nichols(1:16.48). 800m: 9th-Katie Hicks(2:51.69), 23rd-Hannah Hardy(3:08.54). 1600m: 12th-Hannah Hardy(6:24.41). 3200m: 5th-Erin Chambers(12:46.93), 10th-Katie Hicks(13:00.42).  300m Hurdles: 16th-Lilly Callaway(59.86). 4x100m: 11th- L.Callaway, N.Nichols, B.Gooden, M.Callaway(1:04.06). 4x200m: 11th-N.Nichols, E.Chambers, M.Callaway, H.Hardy(2:15.57).  4x800m: 5th-H.Hardy, B.Gooden, E.Chambers, K.Hicks(11:54.40).
