Tucker County Baseball Team Falls In Opener At Keyser 24-3

KEYSER – The Mt. Lions baseball team opened the season March 27th on the road with new Head Coach Josh Evans, but fell in an offensive explosion by Keyser 24-3.

Zac Haddox took the loss for Tucker County and went 3 innings after starting the game. Allen Molone finished with 2 RBI’s and scored 1 run. Kevin McDermott and Zac Haddox scored 1 run each and had 1 single each and Logan Fridley added 1 single for the Mt. Lions in the loss.

Tucker County(0-1) will play at home tonight against Preston. The Mt. Lions will travel to Pendleton County on Friday and then visit Petersburg for a double header on Saturday afternoon. Follow all Tucker County Sports info at TuckerCountySports.Com
