Tucker County Cross Country Teams Run at Keyser

KEYSER – The Tucker County Girls’ and Boys’ Cross Country teams traveled to Keyser on August 30th for a four team meet.
Top finishers for the Girls was Natalie Evans as she finished in 2nd place with a time of 26.18. Mikala Betler finished 8th with a time of 30:56.
In the Boys’ race Tucker County’s top finisher was Will White with a 4th place finish with a time of 20:30. Other finishers for the Mt. Lions were as follows: 5th John Anderson(21:03), 6th Josh Kincaid(21:14), 12th Jonathan Rhodes(22:26), 14th Chris Chambers(22:41), 17th Noah Nelson, 19th Ryan Hart(25:30), 20th Cameron Wamsley(26:05) and 24th Nathaniel Radar(31:47).
Both Cross Country teams will travel to Elkins on September 10th for the Forest Festival Invitational. The Boys’ race will start at 9:30am with the Girls’ race scheduled to begin at 10:15am. For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
