TUCKER COUNTY CROSS COUNTRY UPDATE

WEST UNION – The Tucker County Girls’ and Boys’ Cross Country teams traveled to Doddridge County on Tuesday September 11th for a 12 team Girls’ race and a 18 team Boys’ race. In the Girls’ Race 107 runners competed and the Tucker County Girls’ Team finished in 8th place as a team.

Lady Mt. Lion runners finished as follows: 14th Kate Falls(23:38), 44th Karlee Smith(26:46), 60th Kristin Hicks(28:48), 78th Zoe Nestor(30:28), 81st Kandace Nestor(31:11), 85th Emma Wamsley(32:08), 92nd Inza Pacella(33:15), 93rd Caitlin Fladung(33:21).

In the Boys’ race 163 runners took to the course as the Tucker County Boys’ Team finished 10th overall. The Mt. Lions runners completed as follows: 23rd Will White(20:00), 40th Holden Young(21:00), 45th Chris Chambers(21:11), 66th John Anderson(22:04), 80th Taylor Long(22:47), 89th Cameron Wamsley(23:13), 98th Jon Rhodes(23:36), 99th Ethan Pacella(23:42), 116th Haden Wamsley(24:28), 119th Clay Poling(24:35), 122nd Conor Greenlief(24:47).

Both teams will return to action on September 25th at Allegheny College in Cumberland, MD. For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
