Tucker Valley girls middle school basketball update

The Tucker Valley Girls’ Basketball JV and Varsity teams hosted Moorefield on Monday January 11th. The Lady Wildcats JV team fell in the contest 28-13. London Hood led Tucker Valley with 6 points. The Varsity team lost in overtime 43-36. Terra Kuhn led Tucker Valley with 34 points.

The Lady Wildcats then traveled to Buckhannon-Upshur two games on Wednesday January 13th. Tucker Valley JV fell in the first contest 35-25. London Hood led Tucker Valley with 13 points. The Tucker Valley Girls’ Varsity team lost the second game 48-32. Terra Kuhn led the Lady Wildcats with 10 points and Katie Surguy added 8 points.

Tucker Valley ended the week at Belington on Thursday January 14th. In the first game the Tucker Valley JV team picked up the win 31-17. Jayden Kuhn led the Lady Wildcats with 13 points. The varsity team fell in a tight contest 43-41. Terra Kuhn paced Tucker Valley with 25 points and Katie Surguy added 13 points in the loss.

Tucker Valley will be back in action on January 23rd and 25th at Pendleton County Tournament.
