Tucker County Cross Country Competes at Two Invitationals

Tucker’s Cross Country Team had two boys in the top five at the South Harrison Invitational last Tuesday. Alex Collar led the Lions with a time of 17:49 giving him 3rd while Lynk Suesli was on his heals coming in 4th at 17:55. Allen Collar’s time was 21:36, Nate Ricottilli crossed at 21:53. William Gilligan with 22 flat and Ryan Scott finished with a time of 23:21 giving the Mt. Lions a score of 88, placing the team 5th. East Fairmont went home with the win scoring 44 points. The Lady Lions also took home a medal on Addi Moat’s neck with a time of 24:25. She placed 7th overall. Lilly Collar ran a 32:47. Adrianna Tuttle completed the race in 42:26, along with Kaydence Rosier finishing at 44:13.

On Saturday. September 21, four of the seven Mt. Lions finished the Bearcat Invitational in the 18 minute mark. Suesli 18:02, Alex Collar 18:05, Cameron Judy 18:25 and Ricottilli getting his PR with a 18:59. Allen Collar was next to cross for the Lions at 22:42. Gilligan finished with a 22:47 and Scott completed the run with a time 23:31. There were 125 boys that crossed the finish line that day.  Moats had a time of 24:23, for the Lady Lions. L. Collar ran at 34:38. Tuttle’s time at 43:24 and finishing with a 44:33 was Kaydence Rosier.
